We loved the property. Close to everything we needed.
We never had our room attended to the whole stay. No one came in to take out garbage or tidy the bathroom etc.

It was clean, bright with friendly helpful staff. I loved the ski theme. The room was spacious and well decorated It was a few minutes walk from the HBF and had really good restaurants nearby. Only a 10 or 15 minute walk to the bus meeting place and the old city. Free water in the lobby and coffee.
There was nothing we didn't like about it.

We stayed at your hotel over the past few days and honestly enjoyed every moment! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness at the front desk, it really felt like home. The room we got was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the entire hotel had a great vibe. The hotel looked exactly like the photos – modern, fresh, and very well maintained, which was a really nice surprise. The location was also perfect – super central and close to everything we wanted to see and do in the city. It was easy to get around using the subway or tram, and even walking 10–15 minutes got us almost anywhere we needed to go. We especially want to thank the front desk staff member Osman, who was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful from the moment we arrived. No doubt we’ll be back the next time we’re in Munich. A solid 5 out of 5 – thank you for a wonderful stay!

• Central location, walking distance to the main square • Nice comfortable room & bathroom • Amazing breakfast with a wide variety of options • Super helpful staff - shout out to Juanita who solved our aircon issue promptly yet professionally even though it was late in the evening on a public holiday!
• Lots of roadworks in a congested area with mainly 1 way streets making it very difficult to get to by car • The aircon in our room was broken (turning itself off every 2mins! We didn’t realise it wasn’t working until we got back from dinner to sleep.)

Decoration is lovely. The bed is very comfortable. Close to the city center, just few minutes by foot. Very good spot for public transportation. There are many groceries, restaurants and cafes around.
Heating is a problem, i asked for an extra blanket but couldn't get. Additionally, there isn't a mini bar / refrigerator or kettle in the rooms.

We chose Cocoon both for price but mainly for location - easy walking distance to Munich HbF. Check-in/Check-out was a breeze, and while we arrived early, the staff let us store our bags until the room was ready. Was an easy stop-over for our travels.
