no coffee, phone, iron board or even a closet in the room
bathroom ridiculously small
bad odor in the rooms.
rooms not cleaned daily unless asked.
poor and expensive breakfast.
overall WORST hotel in any European country I visited.

Great location, quirky decor, staff was amazing.
Shout out to Lina at the reception, she offered great hospitality.
Not enough staff for the breakfast area, the poor employee was all by herself to tend at the most busiest time of the day. Replenish breakfast, keep up with clean cups and dishes. Needs an extra person in that area.

Wonderful stay with wonderful staff throughout. I stayed for 5 nights and felt at home. I can highly recommend to stay there. The rate given for the five nights were very good and competitive and made me choose this hotel over another. Thank you again

Friendly staff, quirky decor, a commitment to sustainability, excellent breakfast, nice common seating area, good availability of hot drinks, free water. We particularly liked the fact the toilet was separate from the shower room.

Location is great. Close to the main station, many cafes amd supermarkets nearby.
There is supposed to be a hotel app where you are able to get room service etc from there but it wasnt working. Had to go down to reception for anything but staff were wonderful.
