Location is a brisk walk from Karlsplatz and Sendlingtor, easy to quick shopping, nice stores and great doner shops. Not too far of a walk from the Hauptbahnhof. The S and U bahn close by, including the tram. Lobby is very nice and lively. Rooms have what you need and are in good condition. Staff are ready to help.
The beds were quite hard for us, but that might be a matter of preference. The kitchen area was a little dusty, likely not used by many guests, including ourselves. Room keys are on your phone, the app/page can be a little clunky and required multiple different "codes" or scans for each door. I generally use my phone for most things, but in the event your phone is not working, low on battery or there is service issues it becomes stressful. An option for a physical key/card would also be nice.

Central location, great restaurants close. Clean. Comfy. We used the washer facilities which was very handy.
The check in and electronic key process was odd. Would much prefer to have a physical key, if phone were to die you couldn’t get into your room. No big complaints.

Location is close to tram and Hbf and 10 min walking distance to the center. There is a kitchenette at the same time breakfast option. Very lovely staff.
2 nights there are loud fight around hotel at 4.00 am that we couldn’t sleep. The room was okay but isolation of the windows are very bad all sounds from outside could be easily heard. And the value of breakfast was poor comparing to price.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made the stay pleasant. The property itself is comfortable and overall we had a good experience.
There were a few maintenance issues during our stay. The bathroom drain was not working properly, so the water would accumulate and we had to wait for it to drain before continuing the shower. The TV also didn’t work because the remote control seemed to be broken, and the coffee machine was not functioning properly either.

The apartment was great. The perfect amount of space for our family. And the staff was spectacular. Our flight was canceled and we needed to stay an extra night and they were amazingly accommodating and helpful.

Great value for money to stay in the city center with kids. Apartment with a kitchen gave us more flexibility. Breakfast is super and overall I liked the concept and atmosphere of the hotel
