The apartment was great. The perfect amount of space for our family. And the staff was spectacular. Our flight was canceled and we needed to stay an extra night and they were amazingly accommodating and helpful.

Great value for money to stay in the city center with kids. Apartment with a kitchen gave us more flexibility. Breakfast is super and overall I liked the concept and atmosphere of the hotel

The location was excellent, a short walking distance from the old town. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable. The staff was very helpful and kind.

Location was great. It was spacious and we enjoyed having the kitchen. The dryers were terrible and took hours and hours to dry. I had to use my own pillow, so comfort was a bit of an issue. However, it was clean and the staff was friendly.

Great location - close to downtown (Karlsplatz is 8 min walk and then downtown is another 10 mins).
Bonus thing we liked: the apartment has a clothes washer, but as with most places in Europe, no clothes dryer. BUT there was one shared dryer in the basement of one of the buildings. This was super helpful, given we had a multi-day trip.

The location was perfect, stuff extremely friendly and facilities were also perfect!
Yet this is not the problem of the hotel I’d say that the first night of our stay fire alarm worked out during night time and it was not very nice experience!

Location was amazing and the place was spacious. Staff members were nice. Christmas market was close by, which we loved.
Breakfast wasn’t included, which would’ve been nice. It was super cold, so we couldn’t take advantage of the balcony.

4 room apartment was perfect for a 3 generation family of 4 adults and 2 young children in Europe for 5 weeks with a lot of luggage. We had plenty of towels supplied a small kitchen with a fridge, cooktop , cutlery etc right down to Paper towell. 2 bathrooms were very handy with large heated towel rails. Heating overall was excellent and hydrponic style easily adjustable. The lift was well used and security was excellent. The hotel exceeded our expections all the way through from check in until check out. Communication from staff was helpful and consistent and staff were friendly and knowledgable. We hope to return one day to Munich and will choose KOOS hotel. tThank you for a wonderful stay.all yhe way from Australia.
