Super good and safe location for tourists traveling in solo or just couple; 24 hour front desk and you’re not alone. Staffs were friendly and made us feeling like home. Facilities are sufficient and can ask front desk for refills. I liked how the shower was so spacious ? can stretch while showering or maybe even hand wash some simple clothing. We loved the washing machine inside the unit.
This is no big deal but wish its restaurant can offer breakfast dishes instead of buffet for anyone who can’t eat much and also dinner options. There were only lunch bowls. We always arrived home late.

had a wonderful stay at Koos. I would like to especially highlight Lucas and Jolanda — their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail made the stay incredibly comfortable.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. The location is also very convenient, with everything close by, great access to the city.

The staff and location were great. Room and bathroom was clean. The app was very convenient. Requests for extra towels, toilet paper, etc were taken care of immediately. Will return to this hotel!
A little expensive for a small room, basic mattress. Our room for 3 people had one bed and a couch.

The location was great. They provided USB chargers near the bedside.
The 2-person rooms are tiny. They provide nowhere to sit except on the bed, nowhere to eat except very small “stool sized” side tables by the bed. They do not have a coffee machine or refrigerator. We also had a “3-person” room which did have some of the above, so we made it work. But for anything other than a one-night stay this place is not good for a longer length relaxing stay in Munich. The property is highly digital, but their tech is not reliable or easy to navigate, and we are quite savvy tech users. The staff is not friendly bordering on rude. The check-in staff double as bartenders and because the property is highly digital, they don’t except guests to need their attention, and seem quite annoyed when you do.

Great location, short walking distance to Stachus (beginnning of shopping street) and also 15 minutes walk to the Oktoberfest. Nice 2 room mini apartment suitable for up to 4 pax. I specially enjoyed the modern facilities, online checkin / checkout, etc.
