The hotel’s location was excellent. It was spotlessly clean, and our room was ready even though we arrived early. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It was very close to the old town, shopping areas, and the metro, making it easy to get around. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. As a family of four with children, we stayed very comfortably and had a wonderful experience.

Great location, beautiful interiors, comfortable apartments, washing machines were good.
Breakfast was too pricey (25€) and dinner was not available - but there are plenty of options within an easy walk.

Apartment -Very clean updated room with a great kitchenette. Nespresso coffee machine and a tea kettle with coffee as tea provided. Washing machine in the bathroom. Air conditioning worked well. Bathroom well designed and updated. Comfortable beds. Close walk approx 10 min to Marienplatz.
Parking, even with the discount is still $22 euros per day so include that in your cost. Breakfast was expensive so we didn’t have it.

Convenient location 10min walk to the city center, large comfortable rooms with a fully equipped kitchenette and washing machine in room. Option to include breakfast or order things from the bar downstairs.

The beds were very comfortable, the room was spacious and warm, and the shower was wonderful. The location was perfect! Discounted garage parking just around the corner and super easy walking access to the pedestrian zone. And Air Conditioning!!

Staffs and location
The staff provided good service, and the location was excellent. However, the cleanliness of the property could be improved, as dust was coming from the air-conditioning units. The air conditioners were also not cooling effectively, and the rooms were smaller than expected. Overall, the stay was less comfortable than anticipated.
