Entrance to the room a bit awkward (but I guess not a problem since I am from US). Breakfast was fantastic, location fantastic - within walk from all main attraction AND within 5 min from main hub for around Bavaria Tours (extremely nice).
Declaimer - probably not a problem for A-generation (and may be even for zoomers lol) - entrance to the room linked to the cell phone - not very "common".

The location was great, as well as the reception staff and bar area. The room was larger than we expected and quite comfortable. We were also able to watch the Oktoberfest parade from our window, which was really awesome.
The hair dryer didn't work. Also, the door access/room key from the phone was not ideal, as sometimes service was spotty and there was the potential for our phone to die while we were out for the day. Luckily this didn't happen to us, but left us a little worried about our ability to get in and out of the hotel and our room.

Excellent location! Just a few minutes walk to Aldstat and Oktoberfest grounds. Breakfast was wonderful selection and coffee was perfect! Staff were kind and friendly and assisted with arranging a taxi. They kindly packed a take away breakfast as we left very early on check out day. Thank you, Koos ♥️

The A/C didn’t really work properly and the street is too busy for us to open the window.

The hotel was okay. They were running behind in being able to check ppl into their hotel rooms and there are absolutely no keycards. It was pretty loud in the halls and I was what was given as a connecting room, so there was a secondary door which did not stay open -I didn’t have a connecting room either so it was almost as if I shared part of this space between the doors with strangers. I had random things showing up in front of my door, like shoes. You also have to put in an online request anytime you need your room cleaned or fresh towels, before 10a. The breakfast was expensive and not really worth it.

Loved the location and space in the apartment. The front desk staff was incredible, Lucas was a standout in getting us settled and fixing a problem in the room right away. Great customer service.
Our apartment could use an update, the AI first model is intimading and then you show up and there is a great staff so maybe tone down the digital first messaging and assure guests there will be someone there to help.

Breakfast was very good but a little expensive. Location was good. The washing machine in the room was very helpful.
We couldn't seem to get the room made up although we requested it several times. However we were supplied with fresh towels so not a big problem.

Clean, comfy bed and pillows.
My initial review was a 6 based on the below information. However I have now dropped it to a 3 after the hotel management offered me €100 to remove my first review. No room keys, everything operates via an app. Check in and check out were super impersonal. You need a phone to enter your room. Air-conditioning wasn't great. It wasn't too hot, luckily but the air-conditioning only sucked out the hot air and didn't blow cold air into the room.

Beds were very hard. One shower was impossible to use because water was all over the bathroom floor because the shower was too shallow. A drying rack would have been nice for the clean clothes
