A small suit was comfortable for my family with two kids. The staff is very kind and helpful. We arrived early and they allowed early check-in. The hotel is near the transportation and also it is possible to walk to the center.

This hotel was in an exceptional location for people wanting to avoid being in the touristy part of Munich, but not far away either. Multiple train options were available nearby. As far as the room goes - the suites have plenty of flexibility to take advantage of the relatively limited space such that our family of 4 was never uncomfortable. While the breakfast option was quite expensive, the complimentary tea and coffee, and ultimately very useful lobby ended up making this stay extremely comfortable in spite of the poor weather outside.
Not much wasn't to like - however if you do plan to park, you'll want to get assurances that a space is reserved for you far in advance as the garage is very small, albeit climate controlled.

Rather big rooms for the European hotels; kitchen; excellent coffee & tea 24/7, the property is conveniently located to the downtown area. All-you-can eat breakfast is rather good. Beds are really comfy. I paid for the 3-star hotel and I got what I paid for.
Shower arrangement, specifically faucet, bath tub size; cleanliness of the rooms, carpets, kitchen.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, the lobby was comfortable, the WiFi was fast, and the room was well-equipped. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay and it was already our second time there.
I didn't think the breakfast had too many vegan options, so I didn't choose to have breakfast at the hotel. It was okay though.

Superb Location. Never stayed in a hotel this close to a tram station which was very convenient to reach many key areas for tourism including city center. We never used the U-Bahn and/or S-Bahn. Room fully serviced with key kitchen appliances. Room size is very good and modern. Loved the small cozy restaurant for breakfast. Staff were very friendly.
I found out that there is no daily housekeeping if you book less than 6 nights. We booked for 4 nights so did not get that service. I found it strange but not really a major issue.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was very well equipped, with a fridge and freezer, a full kitchen, dishes, cutlery and pans — Perfect for relaxing and having meals with kids. The toilet and shower were separated, which was very convenient. There were two TVs, one in the bedroom and another in the living room, so everyone had their own space to relax.
The location was excellent, close to the city center, with a tram stop right in front of the hotel, making it easy to get around. Secure parking was available, including three electric vehicle charging stations, which was a big plus. Overall, a comfortable and family-friendly stay.
Right after check-in, we found folded notepad pages in the toilet bowl and removed them ourselves… Some of the cutlery in the kitchen was slightly dirty, so we washed it before use.

Good shower and good location for access to old town and trains.
Fire alarm went off early in the morning. The staff member in the lobby was flippant about it and told us to go back up stairs to our room and that everything was fine even though the fire department had yet to arrive and there was still an alarm still blaring in the room. No apologies or other hospitality from the staff member. Over my stay, of the 4 front desk staff I met, only one was friendly. The rest were cold and pretentious.
