The room was clean and spacious. Pull out couch was comfortable. Location was very convenient with the tram stop to the city center being right in front of the hotel.

Wonderful
Spacious rooms, a plus because it has a sofa bed. Has a mini kitchen with all necessary amenities. Breakfast had a great selection and a waffle making station. Bathroom was clean and had good counter spaces for your items. Excellent location as you’re near the train station that takes you to the airport and tram that takes you to the main city.
The AC didn’t work good enough. May be a problem during summer.

the room was big. It includes coffee and tea 24hrs. Umbrellas can be borrowed when its raining. Front desk is very helpful. It was very near from oktoberfest.

We loved the room with the kitchenette! We even had a mini dishwasher which was a bonus. The room was exceptionally quiet and very comfortable. The staff were always helpful and friendly. We loved that the tram platform which was just outside the hotel. It made it so easy to get to the places that we wanted to see on our vacation.

Location is very good, not very far from the center. The staff was very kind and polite. We arrived earlier and they let us do early checkin wich is really important if you are travelling with family. Cozy lounge with free coffe!

Room layout and storage
Need more tea cups tea pot, bowls, small spoons. Lighting in the rooms was poor, needed more lamps on addition to overhead lighting. Front desk staff was difficult to understand directions to park garage around the block.

Very noisy at night near club and tram break sounds. Laundry payment system not synchronized with the customers and machines made chaos for users and waste a lot of time

you need to pay 23 Euro for parking per day , the bathtub has some Mold which mean not clean, and they request you before your leave to remove all trash to the garbage in the basement

Great apartments, comfortable beds and good facilities.
The room and beds were clean, but most likely by mistake the refrigerator was dirty upon arrival. It was solved promptly though

The apartment is significantly smaller than what the photos actually reflect. Our phones take forever to charge, compared to other hotels. The coffee that was provided for free is not a good quality, and appeared to be extremely dark. The AC is not sufficient to counter the hot weather. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and stiff- waking up with back-pain every morning. The iron appears rusty/ unclean, we did not risk using it.
