I was delivered a bouquet of flowers. I found the flowers by pure accident in the street in front of the closed Indian restaurant's door, next door! It was by pure chance that passing by I saw the card attached to it and don't know why I bent down only to be shocked to see my name. My name and the hotel's name and address was stated on the card yet it was sitting on the pavement next door! When I took it and went to the reception they said: Oh! We thought it was for next door! How? When your establishment's name is there, plus your guest's name! You could have first checked to see if the name is among your booking!
