Internet is very weak. It's a hotel nice if you want to stay near the center without the stress of being in the city center. It's a old hotel but decent to stay with an incredible staff.

I liked the classical setting of the hotel. The corridors and the details. It shows that is old but it has its own beauty within this idealization of vintage. The location is excellent in Munich.
I didn´t like the way the personnel interacts with their guests. On my check the 25.07 at 9pm after a rainy night i came into the hotel with my 70 year old mother (the room was for her) and the person in the reception started as we came inside to repeat at loud "Hallo...Hallo....Hallo" as if we were not meant to be there, although i responded to the first Hallo (I do have full proficiency in german living and working here some years now and being in touch with the culture for more than a decade I can tell this was not cultural but rather a rude person. I had to ask him to stop calling us at loud and staight say "please its being a long day, I heared the first time, now I need some calmness" and then he was directly offended and started to make arguments and stair at us up to a point i had to say "is everything ok? shall we start with the process?" of course by this time my mother was already distressed, and of course still wet. Its a shame.

The staff was exceptional. They were warm, kind and helpful. The location was perfect! Twenty minute walk to almost everything. Neighborhood felt good and easy to walk through at midnight, also quiet enough to be comfortable with all windows open (no a/c). The lack of a/c was not a problem for us, but it was in the 70’s (20C) and cooled to high 50’s at night. Breakfast was excellent with unique offerings including the famous white sausage (Weisswurst). We stayed in the apartment, which is very large and comfortable including a kitchenette and dinette area. Also had TWO toilets! If you can get over the 1960’s carpet, this is actually a wonderful stay!

The Wi-Fi was an unpleasant surprise. You need to add a password for the Wi-Fi, to make it secure. A hacker found the IP address and got access to create a WhatsApp Group with me included and strangers with different country codes. I can provide the hotel with a screenshot of the information upon request.

Hotel close to the university and to the metro station Unoversitat. Nice place, the room was big enough, confortable and clean. European breakfast, abundant and interesting selection of dishes. Personnel always present to assit you.
A door in the middle of the wardrobe takes you in the bathroom: a narrow room with no window. It was not really a problem, just strange.

Amazing location, very friendly staff, spacious rooms, fair breakfast. In the end, good value for money.
A few details that could be improved such as a that showerhead couldn't be fixed and the lack of proper curtains which is difficult if you wanna sleep in.
