Location was great, quiet area of Munich but right next to the train which allowed access the city within a few minutes. Check-in was easy, using the app to get a door card and we could let ourselves in. Having laundry access in the building was amazing due to a long trip in Europe. Space was clean, and having a kettle and Nespresso machine was nice.
Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely uncomfortable in our unit. Felt like a pull-out couch futon, which was very thin and I could feel every spring in the mattress. The unit layout was also long but narrow, so the bed was on one end with no room for nightstands. This not a hotel so there is no cleaning or refreshing of any amenities (i.e. coffee capsules). Additionally, while there was kitchen cookware and utensils, no cooking basics like oil, salt, etc. were provided, so you would need to buy that on your own if you wanted to cook (we did not).

Spacious studio, big windows with natural lighting, lots of storage space, full kitchen, very clean, modern design.
The staff was unhelpful. We got the email regarding chech-in info after 4pm while the check-in is 3pm. We needed parking and no information related to parking, when we arrived we were told we had to reserve the parking in advance. Their working hours are 8-16. We are trying to reserve for the next day but we had to leave at 7:30 and came back pretty late so we couldnt get parking the next day either.
The front of the apartment is a restaurant, no lobby. We had to drag our luggage walking through people who were dining there

Everything is great, the hosts are very kind and for every piece of information I needed, they answered with a lot of kindness and gave me answers. I warmly recommend to every man who comes to Munich to live, because you can get a stay of over 30 days :)

The personnel is fantastic. They were always welcome and helpful. Apartments are clean and fresh. It has amazing big windows for a panoramic view. As I have a long staying, I got a complimentary set for cooking pasta. It was nice!
