The room was super comfortable and extremely quiet. I loved the bed's quality. The ambience in the reception and common area was beautiful. The breakfast was exceptional, very well thought through with a great range of food. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room had a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel is a bit far from central Munich, but the metro station is nearby, and it only takes a few stops to get into the city centre. There is also a shop close by.
The kitchenette was smaller than I expected and not fully equipped. When we arrived, the dishes were dirty, so we had to wash them before using them. The walls were a little scuffed around the doors, but otherwise everything was clean and nice.

Good sized room, aircon, powerful hot shower, decent value and excellent reception staff.

Overall, we had a good stay. The room was clean, and everything else met our expectations .
The only issue was the bed. It appeared to be two single beds pushed together with a double mattress topper. The beds kept moving apart and the metal legs made loud scratching noises against the floor whenever we moved. It was uncomfortable to sleep on, and the bed was so unstable that it wasn't suitable for a couple. Unfortunately, it took away from an otherwise pleasant stay....
