Very specious and clean room. The hotel felt clean and well taken care. Stuff was friendly. I was just passing by and this was perfect place for me. Garage for reasonable fee.

Great breakfast, see if you can add it to your room when booking. The patio is very nice and the staff are very good. Loved having two comforters for a couple and a very comfy bed.
No fan or AC - would be stifling in summer. In addition, the windows can't be opened for a breeze because staff and guests constantly smoke right next to the building, and the smoke trickles inside the moment you crack a window. Very unpleasant. Despite enjoying the building, I wouldn't book it again because of this. However, we do come from a country where it is illegal to smoke within 6 meters of a building to avoid smoke entering. If you are used to the smell of smoke, you may not mind. It would have been nice to have 2 chairs in the room. There was only 1, although there was plenty of space for 2. We paid for a small kitchenette, but it's pretty much unusable as there are very few supplies. (1 pan, 2 knives, etc). The room was not very clean. Hairs on bed and the floor and baseboards were very dirty. Dropping a backpack or shorts onto the floor - I would have to brush off dirt right after we arrived, which was unpleasant.

The property is close to U&S Bahn and tram connections making it quick to get into central Munich. It was a peaceful area and the atmosphere in the communal bar area downstairs was relaxed, good music and always clean. I loved the design of the hotel which felt modern but warm - not clinical. What made the stay for me was the always friendly and helpful team - a massive credit to the Hotel. As a solo traveller the warmth of a friendly welcome and chats made a real difference to my day.
The only thing I could say is that it would have been fab to have something in the room to make tea or coffee but this isnt really an issue as you can always purchase one from the bar or head out.

Our experience was fantastic. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, including a convenient kitchenette and a cozy baby crib. The location was perfect, close to the stations and with a nearby market. What really impressed us was the exceptional service from the staff. On Sunday, when our baby fell ill, they quickly provided the essentials we required, like oil and onions, showing their genuine care and attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for families seeking a comfortable stay with exceptional service.

- easy to find the hotel; underground, tram or bus in the walking distance - easy free parking on the street (not permitted during working days from 8 am till evening) or in the hotel garage (for a fee) - helpful staff in reception - quiet rooms - comfortable bed and pillows - kitchenette in the room - supermarket, bakery close to hotel - haven't tried the breakfast but a cappuccino was very good
