Staff was very friendly and helpful if not a little inexperienced. We figured the place was new, the front desk staff was also the service staff for the lounge/bar area and none of them knew the first thing about how to make a drink (didn't know what a vodka soda was, not exaggerating) needed to follow a recipe card to make a vodka redbull etc. but they were earnest and nice so we weren't bothered. Room was cozy and the balcony was a nice plus
Location left much to be desired but if you like walking it only takes about 30-45 min to walk to the city proper and it's very safe even at night. There's really nothing around, but that kinda makes it peaceful.

The building and the room was very spacious
They never cleaned while we were there, not even took the garbage out, one morning we didn’t have any water to bath or wash our teeth and that last an entire morning.

recent building, very nice staff, good breakfast
could be better maintained. Like if no one takes time to fix small stuff (groom not proper so doors slams, some lights not working well ...). a pity for such a nice quality building.
