The hotel was close to a shopping center and restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean
The room was so basic and even though you get emailed instructions on how to check in via the kiosk, there is no map available to show you which building within the compound you are in. Once I finally got to my room, the key did not work and I had to see the front desk and they had a set of keys set aside with my name on it.

The rooms were big enough and clean.
They have a weird cooling system, I will attach a photo, which I think in hot summer days wouldn’t be efficient enough, luckily I stayed there for a couple of days in July but the weather was chilly.
They provided complimentary 2 bottles of water, their coffee in the cafe is really good, but not free!
They provide breakfast at an extra charge, didn’t try it.
Location wise it‘s about 20-25 minutes from Munich central if you take the S-Bahn.
Frieham station is only 2 minutes walk.
First of all, the hotel staff were very rude, only a Palestinian lady was very nice when we first arrived, WiFi was Terrible, when ever I got inside my room the signal dropped, and when I asked to change my room, because I was on a business trip and needed to work, the response was we can’t do that while the boss is not here, you can work downstairs in the cafe!

The apartments are very new, and look fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The location was extremely convenient for our visit, as our client was across the road. Underground parking has convenient access to the lift/room.
The hotel is called Coffee Fellows, but does not have any coffee in the apartment - just a coffee maker. A 3 double-bedroom with sofa-bed apartment (i.e.: sleeps up to 8) only included two towels and two glasses for drinks. There is a kitchenette, but its severely under equipped. There was a single non-stick pan, however there were no utensils, so its completely scratched up from everyone using the few knives and forks to cook on it. Most of the plates/cutlery/chopping board/pan were dirty when we arrived requiring them to be washed before use. The cooking knives were so blunt we couldn't decide which side (top or blade) was more dull.
Underground parking gates were not functional (always open), but they were charging us for parking.
The laundry facilities took our coins, but did not operate. The front desk lady, who was quite grumpy during our stay, stated that they couldn't do anything about it as they key to access the coin machine is only available on week days.

The hotel was really nice, comfy, fast in check-in/out and clean.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
We tried the breakfast in the Cafe downstairs, and it was delicious, and the coffee was impressive.
Location good, 2 minutes to the train station and you go everywhere from there.
