She is there clarifying every single detail, doing her job with love that customers can sense it and feel like coming back because of this beautiful treat. Definitely coming back for a staycation in winter, hopefully.

Great central location. Although in the heart of the city the rooms are really quiet. Rooms are comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was lovely quality and a good choice. Friendly, helpful staff. So glad we booked this hotel

Beautiful hidden gem in the very heart of Munich! Right above the busy Marienplatz, at Beyond one can enjoy the best views yet it is quiet and peaceful. The team at the hotel was so friendly and helpful - best service, available 24/7. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.
