The world-class service, excellent dining, and the fantastic room were our highlights. The whole experience was a dream, and we could not have asked for a better accommodation for our stay in Munich. The reception was highly attentive to our needs, and went above and beyond our expectations. We look forward to being long-term guests of BEYOND by Geisel and our next booking in the near future.

Very Good
Location was great. Breakfast/lounge area opens up to the main square and can see the Clock show from there. Balcony was nice, connected to another room's balcony with some dividing plants. View of the church and old town hall.
The hotel is about 100 meters away from drivable area unless you are in a taxi during times when taxi can drive next to hotel. We had to park in a garage and drag all of our luggage to hotel.

Could not have asked for a more beautiful or convenient location in Munich. From the start, staff was welcoming and helpful. Love the guest rooms, filled with all kinds of boutique touches and lovely amenities. Highly recommend!

This was the the best property I have ever stayed at. There aren't too many rooms so the staff knew each person staying there and was very attentive. I would not hesitate a split second to stay here again and again if the opportunity arises.
no elevator for bulky luggage, but honestly all the amazing services more than make up for this .

Location was fantastic-across the street from St Peter’s Church and 30-40 seconds from Marienplatz plus only like 3-4 minutes from the market. The staff were all wonderful, very warm and always smiling and most helpful. Beautiful property as well, very quiet . Fabulous breakfast

the location , the breakfast and the view from the room
This property feels more like an apartment-style hotel rather than a true five-star one (which made me wonder why their rating is shown in circles instead of stars).
I didn’t like that there was no proper entrance. It’s located on the 5th floor.
The rooms are not as luxurious as they appear in the pictures, and there was an unpleasant smell.
There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.
Also, there were pictures of random people hanging on the walls, which made the room feel uncomfortable.

The location was great to old town Munich. The hotel was very clean, and the staff was fantastic at every level. They work hard to ensure we had had a great stay.

Absolutely perfect! The location, the decor, the room, breakfast and the wonderfully, kind and helpful staff. In particular, the general manager, Maren Klinke. She spent a great deal of time recommending other towns I would visit next! Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel, and look forward to returning!
