Great hotel if you are traveling by car. Everything is fresh and clean, room has everything necessary, good breakfast, very affordable price for the parking. Edeka super-market is just next to the hotel, in case you need to buy something. Very nice roof-top bar. Very quiet area, sleeping with windows open is not a problem at all. Very freindly and helpful staff. Short drive by a bus to metro which connects conveniently to the city center.
Using public transportation to get to the city center is problematic on Sundays when the 233 bus does not work. The other option is a 15 mins walk to the station and S-Bahn from there - that's longer and metro connections are not so convenient. If you're a group of 3-4, taxi can be a good way out.

- Friendly staff. They recommended me Flammekueche and it was great.
- Close to the conference place, so location was fine.
- Easy to get to the airport: 15 minutes walk to the subway.
- Middle of nowhere, not much you can buy on Sunday.

Excellent location, with an elegant supermarket next to the hotel, parking, close to public transport, friendly and professional staff. Rich, varied, elegant breakfast.
Cleanliness in the hotel, in the room and in the bathroom, everything is new and modern. Comfortable mattresses. An excellent hotel for visiting the surroundings and the city. Check-out time 12 o clock ,a big plus.

Great hotel for those who are on a business trip in Unterföhring. The staff is always ready to help. Breakfasts are great. The Internet is good

great location if you are going to a game at the Allianz arena.
great friendly staff, nice clean rooms, spacious, nice comfy lounge area /bar on rooftop.
great hotel overall
the HUGE issue is that even though it is close to Allianz Arena, the hotel should have a SHUTTLE bus to the stadium when there are big games (like Champions League final). It is so close to the stadium, but it is very difficult to get to the hotel and back from the stadium after big games. A SHUTTLE SERVICE (even if once or twice a day) for big games would be amazing. (eg, shuttle to back to the hotel 2 hours after final whistle of the game).
