Located across the road from a betting shop, but within walking distance from the train station.
Staff not really interested, preferred you to self check in via the kiosk.
Rooms were small and basic.

Disclaimer: I've managed to get the room for a bundle of discounts, and it definitely worthed that money. Very clean and organized, really fast wi-fi, the staff was very nice and helpful. For me it was a bang for a buck!
However, if you pay the full price, you might have the bar set higher, and there are several minor uncomfortable things that could annoy if you are too picky. LIke the shower door needs extra force to be opened, the bathroom lights are not very bright, the tea cup is tiny, and the toilet is unreasonably bad at flushing your byproducts. Nothing serious anyway, I personally had a great experience.

Location. Also, they dont have enough parking for visitors, and send you to a near parking, and you have to walk 5-7 back. The day I arrive was raining!!! Bad moment!

Easy to find and nice amenities
I didnt like that the room was shaped oddly. Our unit had one wall that protruded out and messed with the space making it feel smaller than it was.

Breakfast is expensive (23) if youre not a morning-famished person. Buffet is ok, though
Room (513) very small. Previously assigned room was not easy access (many stairs from lift) and had bathtub not walk-in shower. Be warned!

Location was very convenient for a stay in Munich. The hotel was very smart and well decorated. Very friendly staff.
The area isn't great, but as a base for a trip the hotel is very well located. Additional charges for parking and bringing a dog would be better included in the hotel price.
