Location and history, plus the pool. I was able to checkin early which helped a lot with my schedule.
The current renovation works were not shared prior to the booking, and the spa and gym were closed for a private function and hence not available. The pool was very difficult to find and staff could not explain how to get to there. A guest showed me the way via level 5 using the emergency exit of the pool.

cleanliness, staff availability and professional approach. Attention to details is most impressive especially with the staff.
