On the whole, staff were friendly but service was a bit slow at times. Concierge service excellent.
Small room in the eaves. Little head room. Quite dark. Not somewhere to linger. Single pillow. Michelin restaurant closed. Over ambience of public spaces somewhat spartan.

Fabulous hotel in a great location. The roof top bar was a favourite every night for a night cap before bed with amazing views over old town. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Munich.
