the receiption staff is very bad, we have total 3 rooms in your hotel, the front office staff asked the tour guide to give the credit card to pay the rooms rates and the rooms deposit, they charge the more money and the tour guide to ask, nobody can give the correct answer, until today we will have the money charged by the hotel. it's very mess of the management of the hotel. we feel very bad.
don't like the staff of the front office. nobody charged the problem and the explain of us.

The location was central and convenient, with easy access to main areas of Munich.
Unfortunately, the room design was very disappointing. The layout felt awkward and impractical, seemingly due to an attempt to convert the space into luxury suites, which compromised functionality. The toiletries were extremely low quality—far below expectations for a five-star hotel, and more in line with a budget property. Moreover, the hotel lacked even some basic and essential features. There wasn’t even a decent, clean restaurant on site, which is surprising and unacceptable for a property of this category. Overall, the facilities felt substandard, and the stay did not justify the high price at all.
