I stayed here for five nights and had a great experience. The hotel was very clean, the staff were consistently friendly, and the breakfast was great with plenty of options to start the day.
The location is excellent, with easy access to multiple modes of transportation, making it simple to get around Munich. Despite being so well connected, the street itself is very quiet. My room backed onto a residential area, and even with the windows and door open, it remained peaceful — everyone was very respectful and there was virtually no noise.
The room itself was modern and comfortable, and the blackout shades were a nice touch for getting a good night’s sleep. Overall, this is a great hotel, and I would definitely stay here again when traveling to Munich.

Everything is perfect here:
1. Welcoming, friendly and professional staff, I was really impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to help;
2. Well-located in a quite district and easy-accessible to everything: city center, public transport, shopping center, Theresienwiese square, different restaurants and cafes;
3. Cozy, clean, beautiful and comfortable rooms, and the atmosphere in hotel in general.
I would love to come back again!

Location was perfect for us (directly next to the Wisen)
We did not fully know the parking situation there. Expected an underground park dedicated for the hotel. This was not the case and a bit of a problem since there was a big event at the Wisen the same day but the friendly staff helped also with that

The hotel is conveniently located, which made getting around very easy. The rooms are spacious and offer plenty of comfort. Breakfast had a good variety of options to choose from, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout the stay.
Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The room lacked proper hygiene and is in need of maintenance. The flooring has visible gaps where dirt and debris accumulate, which made the space feel unclean. The pillow had noticeable yellow stains, and the beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable.
Additionally, the bedding could be improved. The material provided felt scratchy against the skin and was not comfortable to sleep with.
Overall, with better attention to cleanliness and some maintenance updates, the experience could be significantly improved
