Great location, was quiet, clean, secure.
Only issue was dishwasher had some alarm that kept going off. Couldn't work out why so ended up unplugging it. Just lettiing you know.

The location was good.
Laundry facility. .
It was noisy in the afternoon midnight. Not from the outside, but the people who were staying at the apartment came back after partying or something.

The apartment is very close to the train station so you can easily walk there with your luggage. Communication was great and getting in the apartment was super easy. The bed was very comfortable.
The apartment is located near the train station. It is a fishy area so be aware that it gets loud in the evening and in the morning.

It was walking distance from the train station. It was an easy walk to the heart of Munich. There were several good restaurants nearby.

A stranger was able to access our apartment in the middle of the night.. somehow had our room key code unexpected & scary unbelievable. Poor security

The hotel room was awesome! The room was large with a kitchenette and desk and a large bathroom. There is an elevator to get you and your luggage to your room. The owner is on site and very nice. He stored our luggage the morning we check out so we could go on a tour prior to leaving Munich via train. Also, the train station was within walking distance of the hotel.
Check in was a little confusing and difficult. A sign on the door directed us to a shop down the street to use their Wi-Fi and the owner of that shop was VERY rude. Luckily, we were abel to call the hotel owner to get the door code to get in. From that point, the hotel owner met us and made sure we found our room and got in. The hotel manager more than made up for the initial issue with check in.
