Breakfast is good and cheap.
Small bathroom, cleanliness of the room was terrible. We found the protector blanket dirty with something that looked like semen! Really disgusting. It was already passed midnight when we checked in, so we decided to just remove the blanket carefully and stay, instead of changing rooms. Air conditioner filter was also disgusting and we had to wash it in the shower. We always check because our kids have allergy.

We were in two persons , one suitcase one handbag. Take this into consideration as there no much space in the room. For several days ( we spent six nights) it was sufficient. Five minutes to the metro station (still in basic M zone) McDonald and petrol station with the shop in the front of the hotel.
The main problem was the inner yard – nearly every day for a few hour (to 10-10.30 PM0 there were gathering persons ( hotel guests I think ) and were quite noisy. I would recommend paying more attention to this problem.

The hotel is situated just 10 minutes walk to the metro station Studentenstadt, 12 mins ride to the city center by U6. Great choice if you don't want to go into the city by car, as the hotel is situated right next to the highway.

A budget friendly hotel, rooms were clean but very small. Ideal location for trip into Munich.

I loved the possibility for self-check in, the location was perfect, especially for football fans who want to visit the Arena stadium. Just under it was a gas station and shop open 24/7, useful if you need something last minute.
We would have appreciated a mini-fridge or something, because our daughter still drinks milk in the evening.
