The bed was comfortable.
Our rooms weren't ready at 4pm and we were told there might not be any rooms at all even though we paid a month ahead. The staff was extremely unfriendly towards us. Also the rooms weren't really clean.

ease of access, comfy bed, next to a gas station & McDonalds.
no fridge, cleanliness was lacking, toilet flush was kinda broken sometimes the water would just keep running for hours until you mess with the buttons then it stops again? a bigger trash bin would have been nice too, but no biggie.

The check-in process is completed on computers at reception and was super easy to complete (there are people to help if need be). We were able to get into our room early as it was available which was an added bonus! The room itself is super modern, very spacious and super comfy. The bathroom was a little tighter but very lovely, clean and modern as well. The location of the place is a little further outside of Munich centre, however its a 10minn walk from a metro station which will get you to the centre in 10mins. Its also very close to the north end of Englischer Garten, which is very lovely to check out.

Well located , clean, for good money, free parking in garage. It is one of the best if not the best budget hotel in Munich.

Comfy bed. We personally had minimal hassle with the self-check-in.
Staff were only contactable during certain hours of the day. We met someone who was unable to check in with the code. He had to wait about an hour till the desk was staffed again to get it sorted. This is not ideal at all as this was during check-in time (after 3pm) between 3-4pm.

Check in was easy with just a code for the door
The room was ultra small. Could not adjust the dot to make it cooler and when we opened the window we were above the service area and got waves of smoke from all the dimmers in our room.

Clean, 24 hour reception, keyless entry. Plus the hold your bags for free. Rooms were small but adequate. Short walk to the uBahn so really handy. MacDonalds downstairs for the morning coffee as well as a service station
Rooms were small so a little tight if you had. A lot of luggage. No eating options close by, you had to get on the UBahn. The room was expensive but it was Oktoberfest so thats probably why.
