Wonderful
Super clean and detail , the apartment has every item you would possible needed during the stay. Reasonable walking distance to Oktoberfest. Host was friendly.

Spacious apartment,very well equipped and very clean .The host Tanja was very kind , friendly and helpful.Easy access to the city center via Bus 132 just few minutes away from the apartment.Lidl supermarket is just few minutes away from the property.

Fantastic apartment where we could relax without feeling cramped. It was clean, modern, and offered easy access to the city via Uber for around €13. For our family, including two teenage boys, it was a great stay!

Beautiful large living and dining area, great kitchen.
Bedrooms are all connected and second bedroom is only accessible via the first. Bathroom is very small.

We had an outstanding stay at Asante design apartments. The rooms are modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything you might need. The atmosphere in the appartment is incredibly peaceful; it felt as though the entire appartmment was ours.
The bed pillows need to be replaced for more confortibilty and you have to use a puplic parking and as per your luck of its neerby or far away

A lovely, modern apartment right on the doorstep of some great restaurants and brewers! The apartment was lovely and clean and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with all that is needed to prepare meals from home. The decor was brilliant. The location was easy to access using public transportation, and a parking pass was provided, though we did not use it. Grocery stores and bakery just a few minutes' walk away. Take time to walk around the area, there are many cute shops and a nice park.
Our hosts were amazing and super friendly. I would have loved to have spent the day just chatting with them!
The parquet floor was a bit squeaky, so light sleepers in our family were woken up by others getting up. The apartment is also on street level. This is usually not an issue, but on the nights that it was hot, smokers walking past our open windows made for a few unpleasant minutes.
Overall though, we truly enjoyed our stay and the location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Asante. The apartment is in a nice area of town near the river. Transit is about 25 minutes to Munich Hbf and Marienplatz with one transfer. Uber is 10-15 minutes. The apartment has high ceilings and what appear to be historic, somewhat creaky parquet wood floors in all but the kitchen and bathroom.
The bright and spacious living area was attractively decorated. There was a complete kitchen, a comfy sectional, a nice tv and dining area, and a nice-sized modern bathroom. The main bedroom was cozy and had several outlets and a nice mirror. There wasn’t much storage space but there was a nice table that could also serve as a workspace. The second bedroom is between the main bedroom and the living space. It is not as private but has a partial glass enclosure (maybe 80%) and curtains. In the open hall next to it, we had a twin bed that had no privacy. I believe the bed was brought in for us. It was fine for our needs. I think if we hadn’t needed space for a 5th person, the hall would have been great for storage. I must say that we really, really liked this apartment. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was such a lovely place to come home to after a long day of sightseeing. I would love to stay there again.
A little more storage in the bedrooms would have been helpful. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Honestly, we lucked out with this place. You can never really tell if the pictures are really what the place is going to look like..but we were thrilled once we walked into the apartment. It had every single thing you would have in your own kitchen at home. There was also this food hall down the street. Was perfect for us because we arrived late and it was still open. There is also a grocery store a block away..walking distance. When my family and I come back to Munich we will be staying here.
