Location: 5 min walk to the Munich Central Station. Room: Room was comfortable, Breakfast: Options are quite good, but providing same menu everyday.
Room WIFI was having weak signal. Daily cleaning/ making up room, but they are not cleaning the cup/plates and not refilling tea bags.

The location of the hotel is very convenient only about 5 minutes walk from Munich Hauptbahnhof (main station). Mind you ,the station is being rebuild at the moment, so it's all building fences and therefore it's quite hard to orientate yourself and find the station entrances. The aircon in the room worked well and I also appreciated the fact that you could open the window for fresh air as well. The breakfast buffet was quite good with hot and cold choices.
The room I stayed in was super small. It was literally impossible to open your suitcase due to lack of room. There was a bit of an entrance area which may have been just big enough for an open suitcase, however then you would not have been able to get in/out of the room anymore - so really that space was wasted. I was also surprised to only find a small single bed - even in a single room the beds are usually a bit bigger. In fact the bed was so narrow, I was scared I'd fall out if I rolled over! The art work around the hotel is a little weird, but I suppose that's subjective. Breakfast gets very busy so there are lines at the buffet and sometimes the staff can't keep up with refilling the coffee machines.

Staff was super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was okay, could have more baked things but they had a selection of syrups for coffee and also plant based milk options. Location was convenient, near the central station.
Rooms were okay but could ‘ve been cleaner (floor underneath the beds and in the corners). Also weird statues everywhere, we had to cover up the statue figure in our room (it was glued on top of the wardrobe) because the kids were freaked out
