Centrally located in a business district behind the station. Easy transport access. Quiet area. Window in room can be opened.
Unfriendly staff, communicating was difficult due to language barriers. Bed made with only one single ‘duvet’ for two people-I had to make up the bed myself. Only one towel so asked for more, was greeted with disdain. I had to come up with the solution myself of where to find an extra duvet/blanket as they were far too thin and we froze the first night. I expect more from any hotel, especially this standard/chain. Tiny bathroom- bit like an Ibis. Very noisy as we were near the fire door to the lift which slammed shut all through the night. Zero sound-proofing. Will not be staying there again or using this chain.

Very clean, spacious room, also very quiet. Great breakfast with many options to choose from. Excellent internet connection too
The only small thing was that we could not watch anything in a different language than German on the TV and we also couldn’t connect our accounts

Lovely welcome at reception and easy suitcase storage. Very clean and comfortable room. The location was great. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. We didn't try breakfast but it looked plentiful.
Noise from the street, but can't be helped. Earplugs sorted us
