Lovely welcome at reception and easy suitcase storage. Very clean and comfortable room. The location was great. Free tea and coffee was a nice touch. We didn't try breakfast but it looked plentiful.
Noise from the street, but can't be helped. Earplugs sorted us

We had two double rooms as traveling 2 parents and 2 kids, and there was an extra door between the room, which made it great as if we had an apartment, kids loved this of course. The italian lady at the reception was super friendly. Grazie mille :) the location is also great, because we aimed at the Pinakothek, which could reach on foot. To the center one can walk or take like 3 tram stop or so.
