It was an impecable stay with a great location and it was very comfortable and homely. I’d like to make an especial mention about Sasha at the front desk: she vas extremely generous and warm to us! Without a doubt the best receptionist we’ve had! Nuria was also very friendly and lovely. Excellent experience, we would 100% return.

Great location for events at Circus Krone. Right around the corner is the Löwenbräukeller & good food & drink. Hotel had good breakfast!

Easy to reach, the Elaya is in a district close to the main railway station. Because we were only in transit we failed to see much of the surroundings, but we took a stroll and marvelled at the huge brass kettles of the Löwenbräu brewery across the street - very instagrammable, if you are out for nice pictures. Even though we arrived close to 23.00 and everything nearby was closed, we managed to get a decent pinsa right at the hotel. And kudos for the receptionist, who printed out our train tickets for the next morning long after midnight (I even woke the poor guy up). The room itself was small but comfy and clean. The pillow spray was a nice touch.
Rooms are not fitted with coffee machines, but that is to be expected at these hotels catering - in my opinion- especially for young crowds. But there was free coffee & tea, and of an excellent quality, in the lobby.

We had a wonderful stay, the staff was wonderful and the room was very quiet, very tidy and immaculate. Surely coming back soon! Huge thanks to Mrs. Nubia and Manuela for being always very kind and helpful making our stay even more enjoyable!!!
