Disappointing
Location easily walkable from central station.
My room had a distinct, slightly weird smell. Furthermore, the carpet had some stain and was obviously not new. The room was for people with disabilities and therefore accessible and equipped with emergency alert system devices, which didn't made me feel more relaxed as you wish after a long day of travel. Compared to other stays this definitely didn't match my expectation for a superior room.

Basic breakfast that included all necessities. Decent rooms perfect for business travelers. Location in walking distance from the main train station and the city center. Staff was extremely helpful in changing me to another room after a noise disturbance by my room neighbours
When neighboring doors are shut you can hear and feel it in your room. It can be quite noisy.

Big basic room and nice attitude of staff. A short walk from Lufthansa airport bus and the train station terminal but 40’ walking from Marienplatz
