Disappointing
Staff were helpful with directions
When we arrived I noticed how dirty the welcome mat was. The carpet in room was dirty too.
We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not made up once. We had to ask for clean towels and the beds were not made for the three days.

Generally speaking the hotel was okay.
The carpet, at least in the one in our room, needs to be changed or cleaned but I don't think cleaned would do the trick.

The room was clean and as presented during booking. The breakfast was also very good.
Air conditioning was working perfectly and it was also possible to open windows (if you are ok with the car noise from the street)

The location is excellent
There were many restaurants in the area and the
shopping was good….
The room was super…. roomy and attractively
decorated
The staff at reception were most friendly and willing
The only negative point is that there is no coffee maker or kettle in the room
This could be easily rectified
We will definitely return!

In terms of value for money, this location really stands out. It's just a few minutes by foot to a subway station, giving it really good access to pretty much the entire city. Switching subways at Sendlinger Tor gives you access to the city center in around 15 minutes.
The staff were always nice and helpful.
Due to location near a main street crossing, the cars were a little bit loud at night. It wasn't too bad, but if you're sensitive to this kind of thing it might be a problem.
Also, sounds from the hallway were a little loud, the doors aren't soundproof. Sounds from the adjacent rooms weren't audible though.

Basic aminities were missing like electric kettle and coffee sachet or tea. The bathroom was leaking water in the room.
