They’ve been offering online check in for a week, even texted in WhatsApp. That was not marked as mandatory but was really annoying, so I gave up and filled the form. Please either rephrase the email so it says that we have to check in online or don’t bother your guests daily.

I strongly recommend this hotel. Very nice room. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Nice restaurant with hearty breakfast. Good location near several key spots. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Went to several excellent restaurants within walking distance.

The room was very big by European standards, well kept and the staff very nice.
Over 2 KM to centre of town, but bus, metro and trams nearby.

Separate respect for breakfast. This is one of the most dense, delicious, and filling breakfasts I've had in my tourist experience. There was a very large selection of everything. And meat, and sausages, and sweets. The dining room was large.
The room is quite comfortable and beautiful. The staff is friendly. The view from the window isn't great. The yard was sad. I suspect it's typical for Germany. Thank you, the floor was high and you could see the Olympic Park Tower from the window.
It's a very strange parking garage, with a narrow entrance to the basement and awkward parking spaces. But I think that's normal for Munich. All the corners of the parking lot are sold out. I've seen many cars scratched from headlight to headlight.

Check out 11:00 am, no water, no tea and coffee inside the room, no allowed to sit in the lobby with my gust, some reception people don’t like to help and always showing they are busy in computer

Probably all Munich hotels do the same things, I had to pay 25 Euros for parking a car.

Location is okay.
Room was smaller and older than expected. Safety box was not working, and no one resolved the issue during my stay. Not every front desk staff was helpful.

-The location is not at the old town and main attractions but close to a variety of good restaurants.
-Staff are professional especially Muath at the reception.
-nice view in the room and the neighborhood is safe and calm.
-room size is not bad for European standards.
-very late check-in. We had to wait for 3 hours before we could enter our rooms since our flight was early.
-no water, no boiler, no refrigerator in the room.
-room service is upon request.
-Overall the hospitality and room service is extremely poor for the high price they charge.

Direct U-Bahn from hbf. Very close to grocery and many restaurants.
Not accommodating in communications. No bed selection in rooms, no luggage dropped. Every sentence ends in ! Or !!

The location was really peaceful and quiet, the room was facing the garden, which meant you could not hear the street at all. The area had a wide variety of shops and food places (majority being Asian, Indian and Turkish kitchen, but also had Italian) to choose from. The lighting in the room was also very unique - each section of the room could be selectively illuminated, really liked that. The TV in the room was adequate (tho somewhat surprised by the lack of news channels)
The extended room had more room space on paper, in reality the bathroom had been modified and partially merged with the rest of the room exposing the shower with a clear glass door to the rest of the room. Since I was sharing the room with a female friend who's just a good friend that I sometimes travel together with, it made for a bit of an awkward moment (but nothing terrible - just a fun, slightly awkward memory to remember). Couldn't figure out the room temperature control, seemed like it was all locked (maybe because it's too early before the summer season).

The front desk staff was very helpful and courteous.
The initial booking was through a travel agency. I would have liked to closer to the city center. This made the transporting of luggage and getting to excursion pickup points more difficult.

Good location - near city center to bus and metro stops. Very affordable. Staff was very friendly. Room was perfect. Check in and check out were quick and easy.

Location and price were good. Some staff was really nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Some good places to eat around the hotel.
Rooms were a bit old, some things needed repair. Some staff weren't helpful at all. There's a relax room on the ground floor, but I only found out about it in my last evening although I'd appreciate having found earlier.

The place looks nice from the outside, food is good and for me it was not as noisy as some other people commented. Oh the dinning hall was beautiful
