Friendly welcome from front desk staff, at check-in and every morning thereafter. Front desk also was very helpful with any questions and concerns. The rooms are not super spacious but very functional - in this case for my 3-week stay, allowing enough space to work, live and sleep there. Very convenient on the U-3 subway line, shopping mall with anything you need is one stop by subway, 2 stops by bus or within 20 minute walk distance. Propery is located just adjacent to the Olympic Park.
Okay, the property allows pets. I realize that this creates an additional challenge for the crew that has to prep the room for the next guest, but finding oet hair on the couch and below is not something that is acceptable. To their benefit I need to mention that since the cleaning crew had already finished for the day, the fornt desk agent herself immediately took care of it and re-cleaned the room when I notified them of the problem. Thank you !!!! The cleaning crew also was in the unfortunte habit to shut off the electric every time they came to clean and not turn it back on - as a result the refrigerator turning warm and everything in the icebox spoiling if you did not come back in time. I am all for energy saving but this is not a great idea if you have long term stay guests who use the kitchen and fridge.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was ready earlier than the check-in time, which was very convenient. The location is perfect, with nice restaurants and a huge shopping mall nearby. The breakfast was simple but good.
I found someone’s hair bun between the mattress and the bed frame, and the area there was quite dusty, which suggests it may not have been cleaned thoroughly.

The room was comfortable and clean. Most staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had a small kitchenette with stove, microwave and fridge, so we could cook for ourselves. Has laundry facilities on site for a small cost.
One staff member was not very helpful. A bit of a walk from the station, which was interesting to walk to with luggage when it was snowing. No restaurants, bakery nor supermarket close by, had to take the U-bahn to get to them.

Close to a train station for the U-bahn. Easy to access. Nice park behind the property.
There was a lot of dust under the bed, and some cobwebs in the room. The internet did not work at all during my 13 day stay. Bedroom heating was mediocre.

The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had everything. The free coffee machine was nice. It's a short walk to a subway. The paid parking was convenient. We had no worry about the rental car.

The room smelled like someone was smoking, and it certainly was not us. It’s supposed to be a smoke free building. Breakfast was not included, and if you wanted coffee or tea, you had to bring the white cup from your room.

Nothing that I can think of. It serve as place to crash in, that basically it.
Mold in the bathroom. Dust everywhere. Stinky smell of the room. Crazy expemsive parking fee. Location is far from everywhere. Old kitchenette.

The property is literally 5 mins walk to the train station. The staff were very friendly and helpful Rooms were clean There is a very nice mall 20 minutes walking There is also Macdonald and burger king 20 minutes walk. The area is super safe and next to a school So quiet and peaceful

The apartment was small but well equipped, modern and clean. The kitchen had everything I needed and the Wi-Fi worked well for remote work. Location was convenient and the manager I spoke with at the end was polite and tried to help.
The check-in process was confusing and long (around 40 minutes) even though the stay was prepaid. A €200–€250 deposit was required and only accepted on a credit card, which wasn’t clearly stated on Booking — with a debit card the refund takes up to 3 weeks. Cleaning is not included (only once a week and not flexible) and staff were sometimes unfriendly when asked for help. The room photos are a bit misleading: the “sofa” is actually the fold-away bed. Overall, too many hidden extras for a 3-star apart-hotel.

Wonderful
An apartment had everything for cooking, the beds were prepared on time. Coffee machine was in the room, but you could also have coffee/hot chocolate/water with no charge on the ground floor. You could also ask for anything missing (if), like towels, etc
