The bed is very comfy and the location is convenient for bus and subway use. excellent noise proofing and AC. Intuitive room layout and facilities. the provided cooking tools and utensils were sufficient for most meals.
The table provided was a bit small for two persons to eat. The space on either side of the bed is a bit thin and difficult to walk through, the bathroom door does not close properly leading to lots of water leaking out while showering. Also, the wardrobe door was not in its slot during our visit, making it difficult to open and close without the whole door falling. The plastic cullender had an oily sticky feeling to it when we arrived and a smell of stale oil.

Spacious , cozy, and quiet aparthotel in a convenient location with excellent transportation links nearby and close to the Olympic park. The property features a good WiFi, a Smart TV, comfortable furniture, and fully equipped kitchen. The family room has enough space for two adults and two kids (additional bed can be provided). Safe parking is available in underground garage for 16€ per day. You can also use free parking area located on the street but only for night time and during weekends. For day time you may shift your car to P+R parking for 1.5 €. All attractions and city center are easily accessible by metro.
Some supermarkets are within 1-2 bus stops.
Note, that you need to have some 200 euro extra on your account for property saving payment upon check-in. These money will be returned to your account later on after check-out.

A staff of reception is very rude so that I was really offended.
Even though we booked through Booking.com, they told us they couldn't give us extra coffee in our room because we got a cheap rate, and said we should just drink the free coffee in the lobby instead. Does this even make sense? They should have told us at check-in that there was free coffee available.

There was free coffee offered in the room, and free coffee and tea and carbonated water in the breakfast area available. The subway station to the city is in a walking distance, 5 to 7 minutes. The subway ride to the city takes about 15 to 20 minutes.
There are railway tracks nearby, rigth behind the building, with frequently passing trains.

Clean, simple, feel wide.
Nice balcony on the first floor. Filtered water tap in the breakfast room to fill your bottle!
We are normal, but they gave us a room for disable people ( because the hotel was full ),which was a wide Room. But toilet is high and many features we dont need.
Not a full kitchen, no cattle to heat water for tea ( but there is a coffee machine, we are not coffee people) in the room. the coffee machine in the dining breakfast room was far and always a line, the cacao in the machine finished before we were there,
So we borrowed a soup pot and boiled in the room but it is not what the hotel would like us to do.

Close to the subway and close to a nice playground for kids. Spacious fridge.
The flat was not that clean. There were spider webs on the windows and under the bed was dusty.
There is no tea towel in the kitchen so once you wash your dishes you have to either use them wet or wait until they dry out.
But the worst was that the AC was not working during our whole stay in the middle of a heatwave. There were no ventilators available for everyone and it was quite hard to sleep. The staff said we would get 10% of our money back but still haven’t received anything.

Close to subway. Next to a nice park with large playing fascilities for children. Can walk to Olympic park as well. Washing machines and driers available at property. At 5 Euron per machine (use up to 3 hours) you could probably wash and dry 2 loads.
Next or close to a train yard. Some noise the first nights of freight trains moving. Second night onwards we didn’t really notice it anymore.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel has an underground parking garage, which was convenient and worked well for us. The location is quiet and peaceful. Although it’s not in the city center, the nearest U-Bahn station is less than a 10-minute walk away, making it easy to get around Munich. There is also a supermarket and a shopping center within walking distance. We were attending a concert at the Allianz Arena, and it was easy to get there by U-Bahn with just one transfer in about 40 minutes. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly—we connected without any issues, and the speed was more than enough for video calls.
The room had a kitchenette, but there was only one fork, which was inconvenient for two people. There was also no kettle in the room, so we had to go downstairs whenever we wanted hot water. The only option there was a coffee machine. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pillows. They were extremely thin and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Good Breakfast and facility is new and clean.
AC is not cooling properly. Apartment was hot and needed to open the windows in the room. Also, we stayed 10 days and our apartment was cleaned just one time.

We stayed in a family room, and everything was good. The room was clean, the kitchen was adequately equipped, with a fridge, microwave and stove. The mattresses were also good and comfortable

Pleasant
It was great having a suite for my son and I just stay in Munich. It was adequately furnished. The location wasn’t too far from the subway. However the location was a little bit far from the city center.
Except for one older woman who worked at the front desk, the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
