Great location, reception staff excellent with limited resources
Hotel is very tired and in desperate need of renovations. Our allocated room only 50% of lights working, some blinds broken and couldnt open, bathroom vanity and basins and shower had soap and scum buildup. Level 5 hallway wallpaper and carpet ripped and stained. Grime build up in lifts, street entryway dark and lack / poor lighting

The location is great
The room was very very basic. Not even a small basic place to make coffe in the room. There were simple curtains so it wat light in the room in the morning. The AC turn it self on at night with a horrible nois. To basic for this price

The location is great and the staff r v helpful
Not all the bulbs in the room were working, so the room didn't have enough light. Also no shutters or blackout curtains

A very central location, a large room and a comfortable bed, with everything you need... I would like to especially mention Sara from the reception, a very nice and helpful woman, always with a smile on her face, everything we asked for was answered immediately... I will definitely come again.
