My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. The toilet seat was extremely dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. In addition, there was a strong smell of smoke, and even ashes were present, making the environment very unpleasant. Due to these issues, we requested a full refund. However, the manager did not accept our request .They refund only 10 euro. Overall, the level of cleanliness and the way our complaint was handled were not acceptable.

unclear & insufficient instructions on hot to enter the hotel/garage parking/check-in/getting the key room/wifi/check-out - when reception is closed and staff unavailable at the location. Mold in the bathroom.
