The property was in a good location for where I needed to be.
To start with I arrived late so had the keys left out which was nice. However when I got to my room there was a half eaten sandwich left on the side, half a jar of olives and a packet of crisps. I thought I had the wrong room but the bed was made so must have been a mistake? To add to that the entire room smells like blocked drains coming from the bathroom, there’s no heating and the duvet is so thin that you can’t even open the window to air it out or I would freeze to death over night. Another strange thing about this hotel room was that the curtains were broken and so only covered half the window… Although it says there free wifi, there is no wifi! Do not recommended.

Very clean. The staff very helpful and good. Want to say big thank you to Alex and the management for making my stay flawless and going out of their way to make my stay comfortable. The location was perfect and near the metro and alot of buses available. Very good residential area. I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Alex went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. He stores medicine that needed a refrigerator for us. He gave us a cappuccino when we arrived and gave us helpful advice for dining and transportation. He also speaks several languages. Loved layout of room with a separate shower and sink from another bathroom and sink. Excellent for couples. Spacious room in a quiet area near bus stop.
No coffee maker and hotel is quite far from the downtown tourist center and Octoberfest. Public transportation as well as an Uber took a lot of time to get to because of traffic.

Unfortunately, the room was not clean. There were cobwebs and spiders everywhere, and it was written that a bottle of water would be provided, but it wasn’t.

Very small and dirty rooms. Unwilling staff. We had to move to another hotel due to the poor quality of accommodation. We try to complain about the accommodation and paid parking, the staff at the reception hangs up on us. We definitely do not recommend.

Breakfast was ok, specially because of the staff. He was very polite.
No water bottle, kettle or phone inside the room. I checked in after 5pm, no one was available to ask for anything.

According to Booking reception should have been open until 10 PM. I have arrived at 9 PM and there was nobody there. I had to call local number in order to get a key. Could have been a problem if I did not have phone service. In the morning I left around 7 AM (Sunday). There was nobody on reception.
