Poor
My experience at this hotel was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. The toilet seat was extremely dirty, which immediately raised concerns about the overall cleanliness of the room. In addition, there was a strong smell of smoke, and even ashes were present, making the environment very unpleasant. Due to these issues, we requested a full refund. However, the manager did not accept our request .They refund only 10 euro. Overall, the level of cleanliness and the way our complaint was handled were not acceptable.

A small, charming hotel with a very personal touch. It almost feels like visiting friends. The peaceful surroundings are a major plus, and the price is more than fair for Munich. Highly recommended for anyone who values a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
