Every Oktoberfest I stay here with friends. Due to the price, I couldn't book the room I usually get. It was very nice of the hotel to upgrade my and my friends' room to what we used to have. Thank you.

Location is excellent, great bed and shower.
Fridge at room did not work. When I requested to get it fixed I was told that they couldn't, and that the fridge was supposed to be used for the beverages the hotel provided. Not very polite and quite unusual.

Wonderful
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The free parking was a great perk. I really enjoyed walking around and birdwatching in the nearby Schlosspark Nymphenburg (I'm a nature person).
Getting into central Munich via the public transport was kind of expensive and slow.

The location near the S-Bahn was ideal.
The breakfast options were plentiful.
The hotel staff was very friendly.
The room was very small considering the price we paid for it.
The shower was located in the middle of the room and offered no privacy whatsoever. This was not made clear in the photos we saw of the room. In this way, the living area (chair/table) could not truly function as suggested.

Check in was great with a friendly Staff member who took the time to show me where my room was as it was in another building and discussed how to use the key to access the building and the room. One of the best check-ins I have experienced in some time.
The location of the hotel was great as it was not within the chaos of the city, yet a short 10 minute walk to the S-Bahn to get into Munich. The cost of an Adult ticket was 3.50 Euro one-way (and was good for 2 hours) so that was a bit pricey but it was necessary as you are 6 km from downtown - ALSO buy a ticket - as there was an attendant who checked my ticket just after I sat down. I do not know the fine you will incur if found without a ticket, but I venture it is more than 3.50 Euros.
The room's soundproofing was great as could be expected from a newer hotel. Bathroom fixtures were modern and shower side note, rotate the left dial away from you to get the larger overhead "rainfall" nozzle to function and rotate the left dial toward you to use the hand-held nozzle. The right dial is the temperature control.
The size of the room was good for a single visitor and adequate for two with modern furnishings. The tv worked fine with about 25 German language channels; the most Italian channels I've seen yet (about 5); a few French (some French, one (French 24) in English) and two Russian channels, both with different women hosting their respective "Psychic predictions" programs. I did not call in, but I did wonder what predictions they would have for current events in Ukraine.
Overall a great experience and one I would repeat when visiting the area.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest with friends. Having a garden to yourself and drinking beer with friends there was nice. The hotel was quite (in a nice neighborhood) and room was clean. The staff was very helpful.
I did not have any problem finding a parking space at the hotel. I was lucky, I parked at the last available spot. I counted 7 or 8 parking spaces.

The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. And lovely little balcony.
All was very modern, had to be organised over Internet. I couldn’t work out how to shut down the TV.

there was only one thing that spoiled the impression of the stay on the last evening - it was having a cockroach running around. Not a massive q-ty, only one, but still.

The room was very spacious and clean. The lady at the reception was very nice.
The price is not appropriate for the location. However, the walls in the room are so thin that I could hear the man from another room snoring like as he would sleep in one bed with me and it influenced my sleep in a bad way.
