Very Good
The room was very spacious, with a sofa, a kitchen (but you need to ask the stuff for the ability to use it) and big bathroom. The location is bery nice, walking distance from the Nymphenburg Schloss and Garten. To get to the city center you need to drive/take a train though. The room was clean and pleasant and the stuff was nice. We stayed with a baby and they gave us a cot (for 8€)
The bed was a bit uncomfortable, and with two separate mattresses for the double bed. The location of the hotel is on a road that's a bit busy so the entrance is hard with a car

The hotel is located a little far from the city center, but for us, this was actually a plus. There are tram and train stops nearby, and you can comfortably reach the city center in 20–30 minutes. The room was clean and cozy, and a huge plus was the free parking.
The room was quite cold. When we tried to turn on the air conditioning to warm up the room, we found out that it only worked for cooling, not heating. The staff told us there was nothing they could do about it. They only turned on the underfloor heating, but unfortunately, it didn’t help.

The coffee machine in the lobby was not free but there were no signs and we were charged on our departure. Also the shower head needs replaced.

The room was spacious and it was really nice to have a beautiful sauna and relaxation section as well. Extra points also go to a lounge with a self-service drink bar. The staff was very helpful.
Free parking was of course great, but the exit from the garage was extremely tight so was a bit difficult to get out. So recommend checking first before driving in.
