It’s truly a wonderful hotel. The atmosphere feels very luxurious and special, and the staff were incredibly polite and welcoming.
Cleanliness is the first thing guests notice and base their trust on, and this hotel felt as if everything had been freshly prepared for its guests

The location was really good, 5 minutes from train station and 5 minutes to old town.
The hotel was very clean, rooms a large size and breakfast was outstanding. There was so much for everyone from different countries, really fresh too. Fresh fruit and delicious home made museli.
The staff were oustanding. We arrived for one night and had to stay for four nights. They were so kind to us and so friendly.
The beds are so comfortable and it was quiet. Thank you to all staff at Alpen Hotel, fantastic staff and hotel.
