Lovely staff, great breakfast. Convenient location for main train station.
Area outside the hotel is dirty and seedy. It's not an area I'd feel safe walking around in, especially after dark. The rooms are comfortable, but you can hear people in other rooms and walking around - sound proofing is poor.

Convenient for Hauptbahnhof; 24-hour reception; bottled water in room; cosy spacious rooms; good lighting ; reasonable price
Coffee making facilities would be a good addition; room a bit warm; it was possible to open the windows but there was a bit of street noise

The hotel staff were great and the hotel is very clean.
My room felt quite aged and could definitely use an upgrade. There were very few power outlets. English language channels weren’t available. Had to wait for the lift for the very long time as the cleaners were bringing the laundry up and there is no room for anyone else. There was also a sizeable wet spot on the carpet which the cleaners would have known about as it looks freshly vacuumed prior to my arrival.

Convenient walk to the train station; very clean and very comfortable bed; window opened for fresh air; although a tad noisy early in the night that noise tapered off and it was quiet the rest of the night; no annoying light in my room from the outside; lighting was just as I like; also nicely decorated

The large hofgarten suite is the property's centerpiece where much attention was paid to details and sustainability in its design. a high quality solid wood floor and a massaging stone floor in the spa shower with panorama ceiling, as well as the sitting-room area, which can be completely separated off by sliding doors. there is a flat-screen tv and reading lights, air-conditioning, a walk-in wardrobe, noise-insulated windows, a large bed with high quality bedding and selected fair trade care products in the bathroom and shower.
an electric fireplace and a smartphone docking station as well as a selection of loose bio teas and a nespresso coffee machine are the ingredients for cozy hours in the suite.
