The hotel is conveniently located very close to Munich's main station - just about 4 mins on foot. It lies in a very quiet area. It is also about 10 mins on foot to reach Munich's historical center. Staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was very clean. A very good and varied breakfast is served every morning.
Nothing in particular, however, a coffee machine in the room would be appreciated, considering the hotel is a 4 star.

The warm and welcoming staff were super helpful. They explained clearly about and served a delicious breakfast. Information about my room and hotel facilities were also well explained. The room was warm and clean, the bed very comfy and almost everything in there worked well. The location was very convenient for central Munich but located down a relatively quiet side street which I appreciated.
The curtain in my room didn't quite close fully, letting in some bright neon lights and street lamp light from outside. Everything else was great.
