Stuff was helpful and friendly. Location
Room we were given was very different from the one we reserved/advertised on booking com. Smaller and very uncomfortable. Had to change room twice during the 3 night stay.

We arrived early and checked out late and the manager was absolutely wonderful in helping us deal with our luggage and the luggage of our friends who were traveling with us. The location is wonderful for access to both Octoberfest grounds and Old Town. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed. The breakfasts were amazing.

Very Good
The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming. From the very first minute, they offered us the hotel’s parking space right across the street, which was extremely convenient and made a real difference to our stay. The room was excellent and had everything we needed. The hotel’s location, a short walk from central Munich, was exactly what we were looking for.
The main issue for us was the bed. It was two single beds pushed together, which is common, but many hotels add a mattress topper across both so they feel like one bed. That wasn’t the case here. At the very least, locking the wheels together would have helped. The beds drifted apart at the slightest movement, so there was a gap in the middle and sleeping was quite uncomfortable.
The TV also had only German channels, with no English or other international options. That was frustrating when we wanted to catch the news or have something on in the background to wind down.
Overall we enjoyed our stay, and it was fine for a short one-night trip, but we would probably look at alternatives on our next visit to Munich.
