Wonderful
The room was spacious and bed comfortable. The coffee machine, free water, and mini fridge in room were great additions. Excellent location next to train station, and easy walk to centre. Restaurant next door was good.
The rooms had climate control rather than air conditioner and so were still warm. Was fine with a sheet at night.

Location was great, large and modern rooms, free laundry service, great lobby and attentive staff.
Parking could be cheaper. 30euro per night is a bit steep.

The location of the hotel was good; many places were within a 20–30 minute walking distance. The breakfast was also nice.
Upon arrival, the hotel required a €50 deposit, which could only be paid by credit card, with the promise that it would be refunded later. It’s been 5 days and I still haven’t received the refund. If they insist on a deposit, they should really take it in cash and return it at check-out. The hotel is already more expensive than many others in the area, and this deposit policy feels very unreasonable. We stayed in a room advertised as having two double beds, but the beds were so small that even two pillows couldn’t fit side by side — they didn’t seem like real double beds. For this price, and with such a frustrating deposit process, you can definitely find much better hotels nearby.”

Due to a problem with the hotel's infrastructure, we had no hot water in our room's shower. They offered us to move/shower in another room, but that was not comfortable for us.

Easy access to train, literally steps away from the hotel. Large comfortable beds and decent size room. Staff were friendly and welcoming.
Hotel had an issue with loss of hot water on our second day while son was showering which was not ideal. The hotel were already onto it by the time I reported it and when we got back after our day out the hot water gas been restored. No breakfast.

Convenient location; just directly opposite Munich Train Station with tram and bus stops in front of the hotel too. Walking distance to the Lufthansa express bus too if you are taking it to Munich airport.
Room was comfortable and spacious, albeit a bit dusty. We could open up 2 medium sized luggages and 1 small luggage. Breakfast was good and special thanks to Gulcan, who welcomed us so warmly every morning. All the staff we met were friendly and they even took time to engage my kid like Marino and Gulcan. Thank you for making our stay a welcoming and pleasant one!

Very nice central location (near the train station and a few minutes walk to center). Great facilities, nice room and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Very helpful personnel.

The front desk was very warm and welcoming.
The room was well equipped and comfortable and extremely clean.
The breakfast was to die for. Such a lavish spread, you rarely see this in other hotels.
The location is right opposite the central station. So very convenient. Close to most restaurants.
