I didn't like Everything!!! From the minute you walked into this place was just like a budget hotel. 300+ Euro per night with out breakfast and here what you will get : bad attitude front desk staffs, unable to reach a single called from the room no matter how hard you tried, ( I tried almost 20 times and 3 days ), no amenities unless you asked for and of course you have to walk down to get it by yourself, dirty laundry room, dirty carpet in the room, dirty bathrobe, empty refrigerator and they called mini bar, no receptionist at front desk at all time because they short of staff (assistant front manager told me) This property is managed under Marriott voyage. No joking! With all that, I explained to the assistant front office manager and wanted to have early check out. All she said was sorry and she would inform manager for further action. That was it, nothing had been brought up during my stay. This was the worst place I've ever been in my travelling trips.

The staff were all very good about check-in and disclosure about services and charges. The room was sizable and comfortable, with plenty of outlets for charging electronics and a very comfortable bath/shower.
The location is ideal, as we arrived by public transport and found ourselves at the heart of Munich train transport, city attractions and eateries.
There was very little that could have been improved. Maybe improve the in-room coffee setup, but just steps away, North of the Munich Hbf there are numerous cafes to choose from for a breakfast.

Very clean and spacious room with modern features. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Lastly, the location was ideal, especially if you traveling by train in/out of Munich.

Beds were comfortable and big. The outdoor courtyard was lovely to sit outside on a warm summers morning.
Entrance was poor and uninviting. There was no running hot water in the bedroom so we had to have freezing cold showers and when we brought this to the front of house attention they said they knew and would take note. No offer to apologise or reimburse in any way. Breakfast was very poor and after complaining to the staff they brought some extra food but not worth what we paid for the breakfast. No coffee machine in the room.

A perfect location. Cooperative staff. Decent rooms with exceptional shower facility.

I will not repeat the experience in this hotel because there is discrimination between nationalities and I noticed this in front of me. The reception employees were divided into two sections. One was originally Syrian and was very excellent and his treatment was elegant. There was also a young German girl who was wonderful. As for the other two, no at all

1. Picked this hotel because of laundry facility available. In reality there is only one washing machine and one dryer - always occupied and thus we decided not to waste time waiting but went out to laundromat nearby.
2. Poor housekeeping - definitely sure towels were never replaced with clean one, no matter we placed used towels on shelf or on the floor of showering area (we used needle to sew a short thread onto the back of towel and checked a few days). Fortunately we have brought one-time towels as backup. Not sure whether it was related to we have reported issue of having 2 shampoo (one of which should be shower gel) and one conditioner to front desk in the first morning.
