We had a wonderful welcome on arrival, our rooms were very clean and comfortable, I was very pleased to find proper clothes hangers in the wardrobe, I have Arthritis and find the most common type in hotels very difficult to use. The location of the Hotel was perfect for us, close to Marienplatz and shopping centre, the station was opposite the hotel and we traveled to Bamberg by train for a day. Fantastic Bavarian restaurant next door, which was recommended to us by reception, we were also able to ask for advice from reception and they were great. We had a wonderful stay.

Room was adequate. Shower very nice. Good lighting in bathroom. Good breakfast.
Pillows too soft. I do not like duvet. Towels were not bad, a bit thin .
