The room is large and faced the train station. I was worried for the noise. But no problem. The windows are sealed well. But I did notice the vibration of the trains.
The light switches were a little hard to figure out.

location, 24 hrs staff
stains on the floor, tight space, weird room set up ie. sink in the bedroom, flush button was half working, they say their mini bar was free refills but when we asked for water and chocolate, sometimes the staff would deliver, one time when they did, they said that's it for the day, implying no more. the rooms we were offered looked nothing like the photos.

Staff is great, love the concept, stayed already at their hotel in zurich, nice breakfast but expensive compared to the other hotels and n the area.
Room was far too small, i understand that there was a small and a medium and then bigger room so i booked the medium but space was very limited, pic set up of bed was different, not even a bedboard. Bad lightning at the entrance, no plugs next to one side of the bad and obviously no night table but a kind of big bowl.
Mattress had its life and need to be replaced, goes down too much in the middle and it s far from comfortable.
When we checked out they didnt even ask how the stay was and minibar went into the room while there was a do not disturb sign

They had a functional typewriter in the room and you can get extra paper if you ask for it. We had so much fun writing on it. The room was very nice and big. The bed was comfortable and the staff was nice. They had a lot of fun little details that made the stay more fun.
You can hear the tram outside but it was not to bad. It did not keep us awake or anything.

It was clean, well located, and the staff was very nice and helpful.
It wasn’t functional. The only places to sit was on the bed, which was high, and a wobbly stool. There was no desk, and I had work to do. There was no place to put luggage without tripping over it.

Well centered - rooms has nice amenities. The staff is nice too. The room was clean.
The rooms layout is not comfortable. The TV is too small and far from the bed, it makes it really hard to watch TV. The room was on the last floor, the curtains fall too far from the window taking over the space, and the mezzanine structure is on the way to get to the bed, one has to be careful and bend to be able to make it to the bed.
At the breakfast, the bread was not fresh at all. It was clearly from the day before. I asked the waitress for fresh bread, she got some from the kitchen that were reheated but still not fresh. We were at the restaurant at 8 am, I dont think this is acceptable.
