Large room with sitting and dressing area, comfortable bed, lots of closets and space for clothes and luggage (not enough hangers), fairly dated room.
Air conditioning was weak and also broken for a night (it was 35-40C that week). There were lots of flies in the room and hallway despite not leaving the windows or doors open. Hated the 'double' bed which was two singles pushed together. Despite booking a 'Deluxe' room, we did not have a choice of a genuine double bed. Bathroom consisted of an all-in-one soap and no shelves to hold my toiletries in the bath.

Wonderful
The hotel is architecturally gorgeous and sits across the street from the Wasserturm. It was a few blocks from the Hauptbahnhof and near places to shop and eat. The staff were fantastic and very helpful - they made it a great stay! We made a date mistake and didn’t have our car as planned and they stored our luggage when we left to get the car the next day. It took us awhile to get the car and get back to the hotel It is also across the park from the concert hall - but no Mozart or Beethoven when I was here ? Also I liked that they had a coffee/hot water kettle in the room.
There used to be a pool, but seemed to be long out of use/locked. We had a balcony but couldn’t figure out how to get the window/door to open. No decaf coffee.

Had an early train. Didn't stay for breakfast.
Bar was closed and restaurant too. Had to go out to eat, ( in the rain !!) but staff referred us to a great, nearby restaurant.

The location is great, and the value for the price is a good match. The room was rather quiet (with the windows closed) despite a busy street nearby. The bed was rather comfortable, and the room was clean.
The interior is rather old and may require renovation. This does not impair the functional quality of the stay but also does not match the expectation one gets when looking at the building from the outside.

Exceptional
Great location right in the city center, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and main attractions. Convenient underground parking is available for 18 euros, with direct access to the hotel, which makes arrival very comfortable. The staff is friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with two king-size beds, making it perfect for families or a group stay. Overall, a very convenient and pleasant hotel for both business and leisure trips.
The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no safety locker (safe) in the room, which would have made the stay even more comfortable.

Centrally located, with parking garage, delicious breakfast, very spacious rooms (deluxe double), friendly staff, just amazing. We will for sure come back!
