Centrally located, with parking garage, delicious breakfast, very spacious rooms (deluxe double), friendly staff, just amazing. We will for sure come back!

The bedding were nice and clean.
The room was outdated, carpets had a lot of stains on them. Chairs had food/drink stains.

Location, breakfast.
This hotel is really showing its age. The mattresses are very uncomfortable, and the floor is stained. One of the elevators doesn't go to the restaurant level. The staff is less than friendly.

Very Good
I loved this old-fashioned charming hotel! It’s very central and it was very convenient for me. It has a style and I loved the room, it comfortable and large although a bit dated. It was very clean. I loved the bed, too. The breakfast was also good. Altogether a great experience.
It’s a jewel that need some renovation.

Location is good. Breakfast is decent. Bed is very comfortable.
The room was very cold. It was 8 degrees outside but the heating was fully turned off. The shower is very old. The elevator had multiple broken buttons so we had to walk the last floor with luggages.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in how splendidly furnished, clean and quiet it was. Walking in feels like stepping into a castle–a very charming place indeed. The courtesy of the staff, the cleanliness of the spaces, the exquisite breakfast... everything was beyond excellent
The only thing that kind of left me sour was the parking situation. I had to look forever to find the machine where I could pay my ticket, which resulted in me having to pay for an additional hour of parking. It is not easy to find at all, and if you are coming from the hotel elevator, you will need to walk quite a while to find it and pay your ticket. This could be solved by allowing people to validate/pay for their parking at the hotel, or adding another payment machine closer to the hotel subterranean exit.

Great location
AC did not exist in the rooms only in the lobby. It was 35c so impossible to sleep. The hotel advertised on your site that it had AC. This is very misleading . It would be a great stay in winter but very uncomfortable in Summer . I liked the hotel and staff but it was so uncomfortable.
