Location is at the end of a Tram line in Parkland so is quiet. Hotel itself is also quiet. Rooms are large, clean, comfortable and well furnished. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of food and the restaurant is also good. There is also a nice bar area. Car parking is available on site. Centre of Mageburg can be reached in about 20 minutes by tram, the Messe is about five minutes away.

Beautiful setting, being right by the park. Convenient for the tram into town. Our room was a good size, with a/c which was useful because of the warm weather. Huge choice at breakfast.
One issue was that there were no tea/coffee making facilities in our room. We were told if we wanted a coffee, we had to buy one from the restaurant. Despite the huge choice at breakfast, both the croissants and the rolls were somewhat stale. Really surprised at this, because the hotel has a very upmarket restaurant.

lovely location and a very nice room
the bathroom looked dated and in need of refurbishment food was nice but the price of dinner went up 50% since last year, not very good value for money. the price of the room also went up by about 50%. I am not sure how this can be justified.

Pleasant hotel, art-deco style, surrounded by a beautiful garden. Very friendly personnel. Good restaurant. Spacious room with needed facilities. Bathtub was a plus when travelling with a child.
Bed was quite big but not very big as marked. Breakfast was good, quite diverse, but not exceptional- 21 euros is a lot to pay for it.

Beautifully located in a park, far from the city centre. Streetcar stops around the corner.
Nice, but relatively small indoor swimming pool, sauna and steam bath at additional cost. Airconditioning on the top (4th) floor can hardly keep up with outside temperature over 27'C.
