Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were exceptionally accommodating in the restaurant even though they were short of staff. The gentleman running around serving everyone remained cheery and worked exceptionally hard all evening.
There was nothing not to like.

Breakfast with a lot of choice. Enough place for seating.
We missed the Air Conditioning in the room. Room has been extremely hot. This would be the reason for me not to stay again in this Hotel.

breakfast is kind of ok but hygiene is questionable.
very ugly building, kitsch decorations (in our room there was a graffiti wallpaper with a horrible slogan), questionable hygiene in breakfast room. for a cheap youth hostel its ok - but anything other than 50 eur for a room is far too much. (and they started drilling the walls at 8am in the morning)

spacious rooms and bathroom. nice staff. great breakfast
the kids were put in a separate room from us parents with no adjacent door btw the rooms. when we complained, we were explained that even though we fill out age information when booking on booking.com, the hotel does not see this. hence they do not know whether the kids are small or not.

The breakfast is a treat! Perfect location if you need to be at the University but also want to enjoy the town. Staff were very nice.
No air conditioning but was good whether if keeping the balcony door open. the balcony of the room is shared with another room (they are seperated by a very small railing), and our neighbours were loudy and smoked so our room was in smoke also.
